Inaugurating the "Garden of Peace" at the premises of the CIHEAM Chania
By inaugurating the "Garden of Peace" at the premises of the Mediterranean Agricultural Institute of Chania (CIHEAM-MAICh), in the context of the events for the 60 years of operation of the International Center for Advanced Mediterranean Agricultural Studies, we conveyed a message of peace, hope and solidarity of the peoples.
"The Garden of Peace" consists of 42 olive trees from 21 varieties of olive, from the same number of olive-producing countries, is surrounded by the suburban park of MAICH and can welcome students from schools, universities and foreign visitors.
